SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States at a flat rate of $5.99. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. VAIHARI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered.
RETURNS
We hope you love your new eyewear as much as we loved creating it for you.
As a courtesy, we offer free returns on eyewear within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: At this time, all jewelry purchases are final sale and not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, including the case and pouch, must be included.
- Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
